1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the bbdok platform — including the website at bbdok.app, all mobile-optimised pages, and all games, betting markets, and financial services offered therein — you enter into a legally binding agreement with bbdok and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms are effective as of the date of their most recent revision shown above. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for changes. Your continued use of bbdok following any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

Registration and use of bbdok is permitted only when all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

1. Age: You are at least 21 years of age. bbdok enforces this requirement strictly at registration through identity verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required.
2. Jurisdiction: You are accessing bbdok from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction. bbdok does not provide legal advice on this matter.
3. One account: You may hold only one registered account on bbdok. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
4. Personal use: You are registering and playing on your own behalf for personal entertainment only. Creating or operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
5. Accurate information: All personal information submitted during registration and KYC verification must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of bbdok — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and have your account verified. The following conditions apply to all bbdok accounts:

1. You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number at registration. This number is used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and password recovery. It must be a number you personally own and control.
2. KYC identity verification is required before your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card or passport) and, in some cases, proof of your payment method. KYC documents are processed within 48 hours on standard business days.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. bbdok will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any support channel. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately and request an account freeze.
4. bbdok reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or activity that poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the platform.

bbdok accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account — or any balance, bonus, or benefit associated with it — to any other person under any circumstances. Any attempted transfer will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

The following financial terms apply to all transactions made on bbdok:

1. Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no published maximum deposit limit, though bbdok reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits at its sole discretion.
2. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
3. Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of a verified request on standard business days. Processing may extend to 48 hours during high-volume periods. bbdok does not process withdrawals on national public holidays in Bangladesh.
4. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by bbdok's compliance team following a formal written request.
5. KYC and withdrawal holds: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. bbdok reserves the right to withhold payment pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Accounts with incomplete KYC will not have withdrawals processed until verification is finalised.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bbdok offers bonus products to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

1. All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable rollover for each bonus is stated clearly in that bonus's individual terms at the time of the offer.
2. Bonuses are valid for a limited time. The expiry period is stated in each bonus's individual terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress expire at the end of this period without exception.
3. The welcome bonus is available to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit. A player may claim the welcome bonus only once. Players who have previously registered under a different account or mobile number are not eligible.
4. bbdok reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or reward from any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion between accounts, use of automated betting software, or any strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the wagering requirement.
5. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh are time-limited and may carry additional eligibility criteria published separately in the Promotions section of the platform at the time of each campaign.

6. Responsible Gaming

bbdok is committed to a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following policies are in effect for all accounts and form part of these Terms:

1. Age verification: bbdok enforces the 21+ requirement at registration and again at first withdrawal. Any account whose holder cannot be verified as 21 or older will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
2. Deposit limits: All players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period to discourage impulsive decisions.
3. Self-exclusion: Any player may request self-exclusion for a minimum of 30 days up to permanent exclusion with no option to reopen the account. Requests must be submitted to [email protected] and will be processed within 24 hours. During exclusion the player cannot log in, deposit, or claim bonuses.
4. Reality checks: bbdok may display session duration alerts to logged-in players. Players are encouraged to use these reminders to manage their time on the platform. If gambling is causing financial or personal distress, players should contact our support team immediately.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbdok. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

1. Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime regardless of the amounts involved.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets, interact with games, claim bonuses, or perform any activity a human player would normally perform manually.
3. Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through a technical fault are void. Players who discover a fault must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not attempt to exploit it.
4. Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent house rules.
5. Registering or operating an account using false or stolen identity documents, or using a payment method that does not belong to the registered account holder.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbdok platform — including the site design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, text, game interfaces, software, and all associated documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of bbdok or is used under licence from its respective owners. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of bbdok.

The bbdok name, logo, and all associated trademarks are proprietary marks. You may not use any bbdok trademark, service mark, or trade name without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of bbdok intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbdok, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bbdok platform — including loss of funds, loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if bbdok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bbdok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, network disruptions, or events beyond bbdok's reasonable control may cause temporary service unavailability. bbdok will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bbdok reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication on this page, with the Last Updated date adjusted accordingly. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

Continued use of bbdok after any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. bbdok may, at its discretion, notify registered players of material amendments via the email or mobile number associated with their account, but this notification is a courtesy only and does not affect the validity or enforceability of the amended Terms.
